Charming, well located, with a very service minded and present owner, with an eye for details. He truly over delivered on everything, including the breakfast. I asked for a gluten free breakfast for me and a normal for my husband it was all delicious with a lot of options. When we picked up the car in the parking he had called to make them prepare the car, even though the parking was not connected to him. It was also very easy to communicate with him over WhatsApp, always with quick and helpful replies. It is located in a quite street, but still very close to the center. A cute detail is the love letters between his grandparents in the entrance hall, together with the story of their relationship, very heart warming.

We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful evening time atmosphere. While during the day, parts of the city can seem a bit unpolished, once the sun goes down Catania sparkles. This B&B was definitely a highlight! The shower was superb. The decor looks like something out of a a Ritzy fashion magazine. The breakfast was over the top gorgeous and delectable. Our hosts were so professional, accommodating, taking care of every detail.

The hosts were so kind to assist me with surprising my girlfriend for her birthday and the gift was chosen with great care. The room itself was spacious and elegantly stylish, preserving the local style, but with a luxurious touch. Breakfast was diverse and filled with local delicacies and we were looking forward to it every morning. Hosts were extremely hospitable and cared for our every need. Overall one of the best places I've had the pleasure to visit.

We stayed at Palazzo for five days over Christmas and had a wonderful time. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The Palazzo is situated in the centre of Catamia, easy to reach by bus from the airport and is in an ideal position for restaurants and for sightseeing. The room had ample space. As everyone comments, the breakfast is superb. I would definitely recommend the Palazzo and would hope to return in the future.
