B&B Palazzo Cerami

Charming, well located, with a very service minded and present owner, with an eye for details. He truly over delivered on everything, including the breakfast. I asked for a gluten free breakfast for me and a normal for my husband it was all delicious with a lot of options. When we picked up the car in the parking he had called to make them prepare the car, even though the parking was not connected to him. It was also very easy to communicate with him over WhatsApp, always with quick and helpful replies. It is located in a quite street, but still very close to the center. A cute detail is the love letters between his grandparents in the entrance hall, together with the story of their relationship, very heart warming.

The location was fabulous as very central. The room was huge and the bed very large and so comfortable, very tall windows and shutters opening on to a small balcony. Everything was clean, cannot fault the room we were in at all. Loved it. When you arrived in the Reception area it was wow, again so clean and welcoming. All staff were lovely. Finally I am coeliac and they went above and beyond to make my breakfast as good as my husbands.

To start, the room was gorgeous and clean. The cleanliness was consistent through the stay. The location is perfect for walking around downtown Catania and felt very safe. Giuseppe went above and beyond with breakfast; incredibly generous portions that, and I really appreciated the caution with cross contamination as I asked for a gluten free breakfast. I can’t recommend enough. If you’re staying in Catania, stay here! You will not regret it.

We stayed at Palazzo for five days over Christmas and had a wonderful time. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The Palazzo is situated in the centre of Catamia, easy to reach by bus from the airport and is in an ideal position for restaurants and for sightseeing. The room had ample space. As everyone comments, the breakfast is superb. I would definitely recommend the Palazzo and would hope to return in the future.

This B&B was by far the best place we have stayed during our trip around Italy. Beautiful room, the breakfast was incredible and the staff are so lovely! It felt like our home away from home and Giuseppe is so friendly and welcoming and made our stay so wonderful! Thank you so much Giuseppe! Can’t recommend enough!
